If I could give a zero I would. This office is dark, small rooms, the staff isn’t cooperative or friendly, you won’t get your mail to say the least. I would encourage you to look elsewhere.
I wouldn’t give even 1star. These guys are rip off. Staff is terrible and building cleaning is even worse. Auto renewal policy is a joke and against NEW York State law. You can’t get out of this pothole until unless you tell them 3 months prior to the agreement renewal and that too is automatic without your consent. A total piece of unholy garbage.
Nice place, staff not so much. In the entire place, they only had one nice person Tonya who moved out of the state.
Interesting concept, with fair pricing and options for small businesses. I may be us I g them for office space.
