Long Island Myofascial Release

I have been going to Stephen on and off for years. I no longer do massages as I feel myofascial is more effective in releasing tension in my opinion. He is very clean, organized, friendly, warm and has a great sense of humor. As a therapist, I truly believe he has healing hands. He has released so much tension from my body. He is highly intuitive which naturally guides him as he works on you. Stephen, thank you so much for working with me over the years on bringing my body back into balance. Absolutely life changing. Stephen is super knowledgeable, friendly and caring. Offers flexible schedule and you’re able to make appts online. Plenty of parking. Wish services were covered by insurance, but worth every penny. My sciatica issues are 90% improved after just 3 visits (felt better after the 1st visit).

I’ve been coming to this facility for several years now. I am a total believer in Steve. He takes the time to analyze and listen to what your issues are. He then looks at your body and determines where the deficits are. 90% of the time for me personally the treatments help me after one visit. What’s great about Steve is he gives you exercises and stretches to do at home. This helps get you back to 100%. I would highly recommend you trying it if you never did. You do have to have an open mind because it is different types of treatment, but none of it hurts and it works. And that’s all that matters getting back to Health.
