Regus - Inner Harbor Center

Unprofessional, and scattered. I had contacted them numerous times to tell them that I was not returning for the next month lease. The rep sent me the confirmation to show the lease had been cancelled. For some reason I was still charged for the next month. Needless to say I am charging it back. Don't waste your money, its not even owned by Regus, some company named spaces in a dilapidated abandoned building. I would give negative stars if I could.

I had a very frustrating experience with Regus. After renting an office space from them for only three months, they suddenly walked in and informed me that they were shutting down that location, giving me just 20 days to vacate. Imagine the disruption this caused—I'd already spent time and money setting up my SEO, fixing my Google profile, and establishing my business, only to have to start all over again! To make matters worse, it took them nearly six months to return my Deposit, and even then, I still haven’t received the full amount. Their handling of this situation was highly unprofessional, and it’s clear they play games with their clients. I would not recommend Regus to anyone—be cautious if you’re considering doing business with them. It has been a nightmare.

The service was horrible. The manager put the wrong food in my bowl Before I could tell them that I didn't want beans in one bowl. He then said to darling I have a line out the door. I explained that I didn't really care how much of a line he had because I was paying for my bowl and I deserve the same level of service as everyone else.

Gave it a 5 Star b/c the short time that I entered wasn't the place I needed to be but because of the Reception that was there polite answer my question ❓

I rented an office for the month of March 2017 and despite several phone calls and messages, they have not refunded my deposit of $1745 as of June 19, 2017. This is the first time I have had issues with a Regus property.
