Regus - Fairfax - Willow Oaks II

I was having an incredibly challenging day and found myself struggling to make it from Tyson’s Corner to my Stafford Regus office in time to see my patients. Already overwhelmed and stressed, I decided to call the Willow Oaks location to ask for assistance in securing a space where I could see my virtual patients. Grace answered the phone with such kindness and understanding that I immediately felt a sense of relief. She patiently listened to my concerns, completed the booking over the phone, and provided clear directions to the location. I arrived in less than six minutes, where Grace greeted me with a warm, welcoming smile. Since I Have at Willow oaks, Fairfax va, I am extremely satisfied with the facility as well as customer service . These 5 stars should go Ms Grace who has helped me beyond expectation. I will keep on going to this location and no where else .

It's been almost 1.5 years since I first entered Regus at Fairfax Willow Oaks II, and I can say that I'm just in love with its working environment and the community manager- Ms. Grace and all other staff. I receive everything I need, and I adore Ms. Grace ‘s professionalism, dedication, responsibilities, and accommodation. She and the staff are very responsive to needs, questions, and issues. The working environment is so neat and welcoming. Thank you a lot for all you do!

Update: I wrote the review below about a half a year ago and I’m pleased to report that I feel the same. The staff has been consistently great, keeping everything clean and organized with a familial feel. There are often baked goods people bring in for the office and say hi in the hallways. There are other Rejus locations in the area, but *by far* this one is the best. ——- Cannot begin to say how happy I am here. Have been working here off and on for a couple of months and have praises to sing. First, the front desk staff Val and Grace are attentive, friendly, calm and know how to make the entire office feel at home. Please don't be fooled by the fancy place!! The "sales rep that signed me up promised me the world and then told me you signed, deal with it!! His name was Nick but I found out that he doesn't work there anymore. Probably because he's a lier. The internet service never worked for me, even though I had the "Best" corner office. Still always had to use my hot spot on my phone, in the "Best Office". Luckily I really don't use my office but it made it that more frustrating when I'm paying $1100 a month and the internet doesn't work!! There are soooo many other options out there that are way less so, unless you're just trying to impress your clients with location this place is not worth half of what they want you to pay!!
