Regus - Cambridge - Harvard Square Mifflin Place

I have multiple companies in different locations throughout the U.S. utilizing Regus workspace. I have been working with Regus for five years now. I have found them to be a terrible company to work with. The decision makers and the "help desk" are far removed from the client. When you have an issue, you will first bring it up with your center manager, who are normally great people who want to help, unfortunately their hands are tied and have no authority to make decisions. The most recent issue I had after spending months negotiating a lease, we were told a month after moving in, that the center was closing. They would not allow me to cancel the lease and physically moved our office to another building/location without our consent and have continued to hold us responsible for a "new"

Updated: I cc'ed Alexa for information discrepancy, but she failed to recognize the issue and arguably twisted my intention. So far, I haven't had any positive experiences with Regus. Everyone either doesn't adhere to the policy or seems dismissive. It takes 5 to 6 emails to address a single concern clearly stated in the contract. I also don't see any indication that the owner's responses are genuinely interested in resolving these issues.

I didn't have much problem here at 1 Mifflin Pl, Harvard Suare 2 Fridays ago. Today the environment is more than a little hostile today. I will consider cancelling my rental. Also, this state, Mass, has laws to stop national origin workplace harassment. It may have occurred here this morning. There are severe penalties. At this time I will say I know the law. I know people want to do their work and keep to their work. But also there is a place to make an effort against this.

I have been using Regus for my office needs for the past 15 years. I recommend them without hesitation to anyone seeking reasonably priced and sustainable office solutions and services. They do their job with great enthusiasm, care and attention. Each member of their team I have ever worked with over the years deserves a separate 5 star review: Irina Murray, Victoria Kling, Jonathan Stroud. Alexa Romancewicz, their current manager since 2021, deserves a special mention and a special commendation. She is truly an outstanding professional and is a pleasure to work with.

This place Regus center is extremely well run and a great place to have an office space. The office manager, Irina, is a highly capable and dedicated manager. She consistently does a superb job in running the center and in communicating with people renting space there and with clients of people renting space. I highly recommend this office center!
