Office space is nice and quiet. Reception is friendly. Here's the problem, the parent company that does the billing is not honest. 1. They will charge you for things you didn't order, like "unlimited coffee" and phone landlines. 2. They will charge you a "restoration" fee when you move out of the office, even if there is no issue with the walls or desks or carpet. 3. They don't automatically give you back your deposit (retainer) when you end your contract, you have to somehow know to manually fill out a form that is nearly impossible to find on the web site. The form asks for bank info, instead of crediting back the credit card you used. Then, they send you an email that says the refund will be in your bank in 5-7 days and it never shows up.

I came in to meet with someone. I was worried I was at the wrong location but the receptionist Linda greeted me and after I told her who I was here for she let me know I was in the correct spot. I was a bit early she told me I was welcome to have a seat and wait. Before I could ask she was offering me some water. I accidentally spilled it and I asked for something to clean it up with. She told me not to even worry and she grabbed some paper towels cleaned it up and refilled my water. She made me feel extremely welcomed.

Best place on earth to start a business and run a business. Staff is amazing!!!
