Regus - Austin - North MoPac

I love Regus. This company offers workspace to various companies in the US and outside of the US. I especially love this location on North Mopac because it’s housed in such a beautiful building. My grand children absolutely adore the Koi pond.

Rent an office by the hour, the day, the week or even on a Month-to-Month basis. One of the largest locations in Austin - beautiful on the outside and inside - Garden views with a Koi pond - very relaxing to sit and eat lunch on your break. Offices are very nice too - as with every Regus location here in Austin - staff are very attentive. There is also a Gym and Central market Cafe in the buidling.

Beautiful facility, friendly staff and great location make this Regus and amazing place to work. Anytime I need help from the staff they immediately do what's necessary to solve any issues that arise. My clients love the convenient location and the gorgeous park like courtyard is great to meet at outside or to enjoy looking out from my window from my suite. The office desks and equipment are comfortable and the kitchen area and additional private living area is large and homey. Come see this Regus office and you won't office anywhere else. It's the perfect small office solution.

This is the building where Austin vain institute is. Dr Christopher Brennick, one of Austin's top doctors 4 years in a row. I give Dr brennick a stellar review as I've had nothing but great treatments, and surgeries to accomplish the goal of eliminating my many varicose veins. Dr brennick is tops. As to the facility. Smacks of a ritzy, well kept well polished they even have koi ponds on the premises. And lots of law offices in the building lots of doctors lots of investment firms. I can only imagine what the rent is on this building. But it is exceptional in the class of people that are taking up business there. 10 plus

The short version is that Regus customer service is a 3 locally and 0 corporately. There are local shared offices that your business will matter more to and that you'll get better service from. Try them first. If you can't reach someone at your local Regus center, or if they can't help you, prepare for pain. Regus corporate does not publish a customer service phone number on invoices, nor do they have phone numbers published in their portal. There is no chat. There is only a contact form. Good luck with that. In my case, my online access was compromised. Somehow I had a membership account under one login (never used it, don't even know what it is to be honest) and then my office account under another login.
