DO NOT- I REPEAT- DO NOT SIGN UP WITH THIS SCAM COMPANY. I hate writing negative reviews and would only do it if it’s absolutely deserved…. And in this case it 100% is. As soon as I signed up, I was unable to pay normally on their website and app due to an error on their end. Due to this, I was unable to view my balance online so I had to contact the office every single month to determine what my bill was. The invoices were so confusing and I had to enter my bank account information manually via a link to pay my monthly dues. Because of this non user friendly process as well as charging multiple months upfront at a time, I mistakenly was off 75 cents one month. This led to a 35$ late fee that the center said they would take care of (which they did not), which spiraled into my entire
