Refresh and Renew Wellness Studio - Baltimore

Had a wonderful experience with obtaining services from Refresh and Renew Wellness! The location is convenient and there is tons of parking. The building was clean and comfortable! I received a facial from Que! Que made the experience SO much better for me. She was very easy to talk to about my concerns and what I was looking for. Her attitude and demeanor was so cheerful and welcoming! The facial was so relaxing (I think I almost fell asleep) and made a huge difference in my facial appearance! I look forward to my future bookings with Que and I recommend others do the same!

This was my first time getting a massage from the lovely lady "Q" and let me tell you she is AWESOME. I am so glad I took a chance on her as she worked magic on me. I was in so much pain when I got there but when I left I could feel a difference so it was worth every penny. She was very professional, kind and sweet, she really listens to what your needs are and talks you through the process. I called at the last minute and she came in extra early that day to fit me into her schedule. She said she does not like to see anyone in pain and wanted to help me as soon as possible. I cannot wait to go back for my second treatment. Please read these reviews as they are the truth....she is defiantly the QUEEN of massage....she has magic hands!~

Amazing massage therapist and person. First time getting a massage and she made me feel comfortable, listened intently to my needs, and took her time! Every step of the way, she wanted to make sure I was comfortable and stress free. I’m so happy to have met her!

Where do I start. Ms. Que is a heaven sent. My husband and I were tremendously blessed by Ms. Que hands. We visited Maryland Baltimore to visit our cousin, and she bless us with this gift.It's like GOD knew I needed this right before my hospital stay. I almost didn't want to go through it. I thought it wasn't worth the time to spend on myself,,,,, I learned self care is NOT selfish. I went through it. The massage let me tell you Ms. Que hands, personality, and spirit were warm and knew exactly where I was sore and stiff. She worked her blessed and gifted hands on us. My husband slept like a baby. He needed this also. Like No Other, I wish I could have taken her back to Brooklyn New York with us.

Omg I love Refresh and Renew. The Queen Lady Q is the best went in for a Brazilian after quarantine, baby let me tell you she tamed this jungle. She was super professional I was really sensitive beacuase it had been so long. She coached me right through she was very thorough. It was the best experience I definitely rebooted and followed her home care instructions. And let's just say my fiance loved it more than me.
