Nail Trix and Spa Arbutus

I don't know why I keep giving this place a try! I went here a few months ago for a basic manicure, no polish, no nothing. Just a manicure to get my nails cleaned up. It was horrible! I left there with my nails looking jaggedy and they ended up splitting and peeling off. Also, I got the impression that they didn't love the fact that I was only there for a basic manicure and it seemed like they were talking about me in their language. Then this past weekend a very similar experience. I go to a different nail salon that is located in cockeysville, I had been working on a Christmas project and got glue on some of my nails which caused the gel to chip. I stopped in at 4pm and my nails were done by Jane and she did a wonderful job! Jane made color suggestions and helped me choose a pretty glitter nail polish. Jane was friendly and professional and I’m definitely coming back for a fill!

One of the worst pedicures I’ve had in a while. I got this done 1 day ago. Did not go to the cuticle at all for any of my toes. Looks like I got them done over 1 week ago and it hasn’t been 24 hours. I asked for square and she kept making them round. I had to keep explaining. Got a $50 organic pedi w gel polish. Massage and paint job Not worth $70 at all. Will not come back.

My experience at this place was nothing but wonderful. I had Lisa and I got a pedicure and I got the Honey Spa treatment. She took such good care of me and she was so gentle cleaning out my Hang nail. I can't wait to see her again!

Nails are hideous lady who did my French tip rushed. Highly disappointed the day before Valentine’s Day. On left what I got and on the right what i wanted not the same thing at all. Not worth $65 at all!!!!
