I can’t even explain how good I feel—about the results, the place, and the overall experience. From the moment I walked in, I felt comfortable, welcomed, and completely safe. Jennifer and Jen were absolutely amazing—professional, kind, patient, and incredibly attentive. They took the time to explain everything, answer all my questions, and made sure I felt calm and confident throughout the entire process. I had an amazing experience with my laser hair and face treatments. The staff were incredibly friendly, professional, and made me feel comfortable from the moment I walked in. They explained the process clearly and answered all of my questions. The treatments themselves were quick and almost painless, and the results have been fantastic. My skin feels so much smoother and the hair reduction is already noticeable. The facility is very clean and well organized, which made the whole experience even better. Refresh is my absolute favorite medspa in the area, I’ve had the BEST experience here. The front desk girls are always so warm and kind and the providers are more professional than any medspa I’ve visited! I can’t recommend the CO2 cool peel enough! My treatments were done by Alex and throughout the process she’s been the most professional person to work with. Every single day she communicated with me and texted me to check in which made me feel so comfortable and able to ask any questions or concerns that came up.
