My wife came here for procedures, and I sat on the couch😊 you know, even I relaxed - pleasant relaxing music, dim lighting did their job. My wife is generally delighted with the procedures! so I recommend this place👍

Truly an amazing experience! The facilities are all clean and absolutely beautiful. The benefits of each facility were explained to me and they answered any questions I had. I tried the IV drips, Japanese sauna and endosphere. The Japanese sauna had me sweating, you have to put your feet against this platform which essentially sweats all the toxins out of your body. As for the endosphere, I felt less bloated after and more defined. Love this place and definitely will come back!

This place is truly a hidden gem! an actual oasis in the middle of Manhattan. The moment you walk in, the city noise fades and you’re wrapped in this calm, grounding energy. Everything from the lighting to the scents to the kindness of the staff feels intentional and soothing. It’s one of the few spots in NYC where I can fully unwind and feel taken care of. I always leave feeling lighter, more present, and deeply restored.
