Reflections Spa

Absolutely love Reflections! The masseuse Ashley is the best. I have never had a better massage. Thank you! All staff were accommodating. Julia in the front area was helpful and sweet. I highly recommend coming! The staycation is a great way to enjoy it too!

Went to the spa last week was nicely greeted at the door by Alex and yev the girls at the front desk brook and Sam were really nice Debora gave the best message ever !! We got lunch at the restaurant the food was really good and Ashley was a great server We also got a delicious latte from yumna at the Caffé

I just had one of the most rejuvenating, restorative, and re-energizing massages of my life with Jolanta at Reflections Spa inside the stunning Grand Cascades Lodge. I booked a 50-minute massage and it honestly felt like five minutes — that’s how deeply relaxed I was. At one point I felt like I completely drifted off and came back refreshed, grounded, and renewed. Jolanta has truly magical hands. Her touch is absolutely perfect — intuitive, balanced, and incredibly skilled. You can immediately tell she is a master of her craft. Every detail was spot on: the room temperature was perfect, the music was set at just the right volume, the lighting was calming, and the massage bed was perfectly warmed. The hot stones were an amazing addition and elevated the entire experience to another level.

Very disappointed in their overall service. Starting from the front desk didn’t get the welcoming or friendly vibe.Was asked to take a seat, didn’t mention that they were running late! I was taken in half hour late! I had a facial , the aesthetician cleansed my face , no massage, no steam, just a face mask ( I needed hydration, so got collagen mask) was done in half hour. I could have done this at home instead of wasting my time in a non friendly environment & for much lesser price is how I felt. The Aesthetician was nice, but the service was disappointing.

Spent the day today at reflections spa, and it was incredible! Manicures and the aroma therapy pedicure was 10/10. Highly recommend Diana, she was amazing! Thanks again, we will be back!
