Hollywood Tans Hamburg

I signed up for the lay down bed with mist feature. I love it. All staff is friendly n showed me all different things they offer. A pleasure to tan there.

Their was a discrepancy with my order and the owner was prompt in attending to my concern; she rectified this whilst being very fair and retaining a positive attitude. If you read this, Tysm for your help, and the staff is always very cool which is a bonus. I’ve been to many tanning salons over the years and let’s just say there’s a large majority that don’t have the customer service experience that Hollywood Tans has… Thanks all!

Not only is this salon super clean with great beds, but their staff is wonderful. Also the owner is truly kind person. I'm a Happy customer and highly recommend this place to all. :)

Place is clean, staff is knowledgable and friendly!! The Air Conditioning has not bern workimg for two or more weeks! It is unbearably hot , which makes it not only unbelievably uncomfortable but also unhealthy. I pay good money for these services and i do not believe prople should be subject to this lack of concern and consideration.

Great customer service, always friendly and smiling when you come in and they have a great amount of knowledge when it comes to lotions and choosing which beds or packages would be best for your needs.
