** Edited to add an update at the end of this review** I feel saddened to post this but I want to leave an honest review. I called to ask over the phone if this salon can perform the services I desire. I asked for a lightening process to lift a stubborn color from my ends. I expressed that my natural hair had grown out for quite some time and that I wanted that portion untouched. I asked for toner after the lightening process. I asked for a trim after everything was completed to get rid of some of the split ends that are already existent because I know they will become even more damaged after this process. I was met with a pleased stylist who understood everything I desired and claimed to be able to perform this themself as they are a hair teacher at a hair school and qualified to do what

Whether it’s braids, press, twists or wash/blow drying REFLECTIONS offered total hair care services. Don’t meet me there BEAT me there. If it’s healthy hair you seek- you need your head in their seats!!

Mary Fee is amazing!! I loved my hair after seeing her and she is very experienced in her craft. I would highly recommend her to anyone!!

This was my first experience with Reflections, I got a silk press done in April. Unfortunately my hair sustained heat damage. I am very disappointed and frustrated as I had healthy, long, and beautiful curls prior and I have never had heat damage before. Unfortunately all it takes is one time. My hair is still recovering.

I call him Brother Jerry and he don’t miss. Babyyyy! He put a rinse in my hair yesterday; the color I wanted, he nailed it. Even my baby hairs took to the color and I love that for me. Long as he keeps doing hair, I will forever go to him. His service, kindness, and care is unmatched. My self esteem be on 10 after leaving his shop.
