Reflections Salon & Day Spa

Shelley is awesome! I went from having super long hair to a longer bob with a bit of face framing layers and it turned out better than I’d hoped. She is super sweet so it was definitely a great experience. Super happy with my new cut!! The salon is very clean and I was treated kindly by everyone. I will definitely be back.

It's probably a great salon, but just go to anyone except Cassidi. She's rude and puts down fellow hairstylists to try and build her own clientele.

I used box dye on my hair and wasn't happy with the results. I was also having a hard time finding someone who could properly cut my hair the way I want. Chesney did an amazing job on the color and cut. She's also very funny. It was a wonderful experience.

Wife had an appointment at 1:30. Accidentally missed it. Kids had an appointment at 2:30. Thought both appointments were at 2:30. They arrived at 2 thinking they were early. The receptionist became belligerent and refused to see the kids. Wife didn't even argue with them about her time slot. Even offered to pay for the time. Receptionist didn't care. Essentially ran them out. Unbelievable how rude she was. Called back 45 mins later trying to mend things. By then at another salon getting a haircut. Overall awful experience. Cannot recommend. Unless you like to be mistreated. But if you're into that thing... I don't judge.

I've been using this salon for about 6 months now. I'm not an expert on the topic, but I know a great deal about the import of good customer service. My stylist Amy is always very delightful to work with. She's very polite and charming, and still manages to handle her work quickly, without error. I genuinely enjoy coming to this location, and the price is an absolute steal, In relation to the quality of not only the work provided, but also the authentic feeling of hospitality I receive every time I walk through the door.
