REFINERY 33 HAIR SALON

My stylist didn’t listen at all and with ruined hair there is no real boss there who cares. Look at this line! Had to spend $800 on correction The salon smelled bad I thought it was a perm at first but it smells like fish :( $250 down the drain

Megan was recommended to me by a friend. That might have been the best experience I have ever had getting my hair cut! Megan listened and was able to trim and shape my hair while taking into account the weird random waves and slightly curled pieces. She was kind and informative and taught me a lot about how to better care for my hair. Super enjoyed it!

For the past 10 years I had haircuts from 5 different curly hair trained stylists. Ms. Ryan is by far the first one to impress me from my very first visit. The salon is cozy and I love all the daylight that comes in. Ms. Ryan was welcoming and friendly - Smiling with her eyes from behind the facemask. I didn’t tell her exactly how I wanted my hair cut, but I told her how I didn’t want it cut, and she discussed options with me and set clear expectations. I appreciated watching her cut my hair, not rushing thorough the process, and putting attention and care into each piece of hair that she touched. She did make my curls look healthier, bouncier and well shaped by cutting off only 3 inches, and I’ve been really happy with my haircut . It was love at first haircut, and I will be back.

Update 8/25/23 Ryan is still the best! I wouldn't trust my curls to anyone else. Previous: After my last stylist moved on to a new profession I was completely at a loss on my hair. Suffering through several really bad haircuts I finally found Ryan at refinery 33. Thank the gods she saved my sanity and my hair! If you have natural curly hair you need to find someone like Ryan for the best hair of your life.
