Relaxing, elegant and essential is what REE means. And all are true. This new nail and spa location is a welcome addition to the Carnegie Hill neighborhood. The decor is minimalistic & modern, they retrofitted a gallery that has a beautiful staircase that leads to an area for facials and eye lashes. In a sea of factory like nail salons with cheap products and decor, it is nice to come this oasis on Lexington ave. Most importantly, the talented and kind staff simply does a better job than other salons. My girlfriend’s gel manicure 💅 was perfect and my daughter loved her manicure.

Amy did my nails today and she was amazing! Kind, thorough, and beautiful results. She was able to salvage a couple of my nails that were damaged and now it’s better than new.

Very relaxing nail salon and spa. I always feel good about their services. However, I noticed that my gel manicure was not painted all the way to the cuticle. This is what my nail job looks like only 2-3 days after I got them done. Why? I guess I have been very stressed and very exhausted with my job that I didn’t have time to micro-manage them — which honestly should not be MY responsibility. I need THEM to do better. I paid about $140 for a gel manicure and spa pedicure (w/ 10 min foot massage). My stuff needs to be on point. In this economy?! Please. Do not play any games. I feel like I wasted my money. And they never seem to say thank you after getting a tip. Disrespectful.

I am so happy with this salon for gel x! It was my first time trying it, I thought it was a super fair price $85. They took their time, was meticulous with shaping and trimming my cuticles and listened to exactly what I wanted. Can’t recommend enough! Super clean salon with a rewards program too

DO NOT GO TO REE NAIL I came to Ree Nail after a nightmare experience at another salon, hoping for a simple fix on my UV gel. Nails looked okay when I left, but within just one week, three nails developed fungal infections and one was painfully lifting, trapping water underneath. I returned the first opportunity I had to get the painful nail fixed. The original tech wasn’t there, so I dealt with Ashley, who was incredibly rude and dismissive. Despite showing my receipt and bank statement proving I spent over $100 there (and about $250 total on this set), they insisted I’d never had nails done at Ree and accused me of lying… even though my phone number and name were in their system. They refused to help completely at first, before finally offering a $15 repair — something I would have gl
