I’ve had the best massages here—better than anywhere else in the Bay Area. Betty gives incredible deep tissue massages with just the right amount of pressure, and Mario is excellent at focusing on problem areas like shoulders where stress tends to build up. On top of that, they offer a private redwood sauna that you can enjoy before or after your massage, which is such a relaxing bonus. Highly recommend!

I had my first appointment with Ann at Redwood Massage today and absolutely loved every minute. Ann provides the perfect touch and you instantly connect with her. The sauna afterwards is a such a great addition to your wellness experience. I look forward to becoming a regular customer! Update Feb 2020: Betty took fantastic care of me today. I have been to Anne and Betty, both are incredible massage therapists. I have been all over the peninsula (Watercourse way, Rosewood Avant Guard etc) and honestly, these two ladies at Redwood Massage have given hands down the best massages that I have had. It is NOT a fancy place, it is NOT a spa, it is not somewhere to go and lounge in a towel and spend the day. It IS the place to go for a very good high quality massage. I cannot speak as to the other therapists, but these guys came highly recommended. I am very picky about style, and quality, and most places are ok, and give you a nice rubdown, but not a true massage. I almost felt like I had to interview massage therapists at other locations before I let them touch me and pay for a massage that truly sucked. If you want a great massage

Outstanding! I have been doing massage for over 35 years and this was one of the best I've ever had. Anne is a pro. The atmosphere in the rooms is nice and relaxing and was quiet. I highly recommend Redwood Massage & Sauna.

Had a great experience here, I often have mid back to shoulder pain, but anytime Anthony gets to work, I leave feeling much better. The place is old, but the massage is great, I love the sauna as well. Anthony is the best!
