As a first-time client, I had a great experience. Makayla and EK were very welcoming and made me feel comfortable throughout my entire appointment. They were attentive and took the time to make sure I felt confident in every step of the process. Makayla is extremely knowledgeable and guided me in the right direction when choosing a hair color that’s realistic and maintainable with my schedule. Overall, it was a 10/10 experience and I will definitely be back. :)

I seriously can’t thank EK enough for my hair! She is so, so talented at what she does! She took the time to go through every piece of my hair to fix my previous blonde and make sure it looked beautiful for my wedding this weekend. Most importantly, she took such good care of my hair throughout the process that I barely had any breakage and it’s even healthier than it was before. I am so happy and in love with my hair! The salon is so cute and well kept! Everyone is also so kind and welcoming. I had the best experience throughout my entire appointment.

The literal best is both Makayla and EK. EK fixed my blonde after another stylist (different salon) messed it up and kept the integrity of my hair intact and was honest about the whole process. After the second session my hair is beautiful melty bronde and healthy! The salon is clean, well kept and cozy.

EK slayed my hair. It’s perfectly blended. Something that really stood out to is how much she cared about maintaining the health of my hair while bleaching it. We need more stylist like EK in the world ❤️

I loved my experience at Red Rootz from the first moment I walked in. EK cut my hair so perfectly, kept it the length I wanted, and made me feel so comfortable. The blow out and styling made me feel like a million bucks. Super thankful and can't wait for my next visit!
