I am extremely disappointed with my experience. I paid for Botox services ($700) and did not receive the promised results. I contacted the business at five days and again at ten days after treatment to report my concerns. I was then seen at my 14-day follow-up appointment, where I was still not satisfied with the results. At that visit, I was told I needed additional units and was required to purchase four more units (they provided five). Even after this, the problem remains unresolved. Despite making multiple good-faith attempts to address the issue—including phone calls, follow-ups, and an in-person visit—the customer service was poor and dismissive. Jennifer was excellent. It was my first massage with her. She was very pleasant, easy to talk to and extremely good. She massaged places that I didn’t even know hurt!! I would recommend her to anyone.

I went to Morgan to get my gel extensions removed, and she was amazing. She was so gentle and removed them carefully and professionally. She’s easy to talk to and truly listens to what you want. I also got a basic manicure after and loved the finish. She is such a sweetheart, and I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for quality nail care!
