I have been coming to Sam for 19 years. She is kind, funny and an expert in her field. She is professional and my hair is flawless. She is also very good with my granddaughter who has special needs. Sam has been cutting her hair since she was 4 and she is now 21. Cindy also does excellent work. Best Salon ever for the cuts, color and price.

I took my 3-year-old son here for a haircut after finding this place on Google, where it clearly states that it’s “good for kids.” They even have it posted on their door, so I assumed it would be fine. From the moment I walked in, it was not welcoming at all. No greeting, no effort. The two ladies was just sitting because no customers . I explained right away that my son struggles with haircuts, and immediately they started saying, “Oh no, we can’t do that,” over and over, and told me to take him to a kids’ salon instead. There was no apology, no attempt to help, no professionalism,just dismissal. I have been coming to RO Salon for YEARS. Sam has a fun and bubbly personality! She is honest doesn’t beat around the bush. I’ve cheated on Sam a more than a handful of times and I always end up back in her chair! Today I visited her so she could fix someone else’s work 🥴 thankful to have someone like Sam in Red Oak!

Great haircut 💇‍♀️ I went the week before for my haircut and my daughter loved it and wanted her hair cut there too. I am very happy with how it came out. I haven't been this satisfied with my hair in a very long time (over a decade). I highly recommend this place. They are very affordable as well. They ladies might be direct and come off as being rude, but they are not. They want to make you look great with your natural features (round face, oval, etc.). It's just a culture thing in how it's communicated, but they are great at what they do. My daughter loved her haircut as well. Finally found a place we'll come back to.
