My name is Mr. Henderson and let me tell you about barbers especially mid city barbers. I’ve had my hair cut all over the world from the high end to the low end. But when I walked into mid city barbers in red Oak, Texas without an appointment, they greeted me with a smile and greeted me with open arms at the door. They didn’t turn me down. They told me somebody would cut my hair, even though I didn’t have an appointment. The Barber that cut my hair goes by the name of E and let me tell you my little Latin brown skin brother gave me a fabulous her cut and also trim my beard the way I like it and let me tell you I’m old school and he cut my hair in such a professional way. I have yet to have found someone to top that in my opinion mid city barbers in Red Oak, Texas even though it’s in a smal

I had the pleasure of booking an appointment with Geno, who did an amazing job cutting both my teenager's and my 6-year-old's hair. His attention to their individual styles made all the difference. I am absolutely looking forward to bringing my family back for more fantastic experiences!

I don’t usually write reviews, but Mid City Barbers truly deserves the recognition. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and taken care of. The atmosphere was clean, stylish, and relaxed exactly what you’d hope for in a quality grooming space. My barber, Ryan, was not only skilled but also incredibly attentive. He took the time to listen to what I wanted and offered helpful suggestions based on my hair type and style. The result? One of the best cuts I’ve ever had. Crisp lines, perfect fade, and a sharp finish that had me walking out with confidence. What really stood out was the attention to detail. The tools were sanitized, the chair was comfortable, and the whole experience felt thoughtfully curated. Even the background music and friendly conversation added to the overall vibe.

I’ve been getting my hair cut by Johnny at MidCities Barbers for a while now, and he’s always consistent — professional, detail-oriented, and just easy to talk to. So when it came time for my son’s first haircut, there was no question who we were going to. He was patient, calm, and amazing with my little guy — took the time to introduce the clippers, explain what he was doing, and even cracked a few jokes to keep him smiling. It was clear Johnny has experience with kids. The haircut turned out great — clean, age-appropriate, and stylish! Johnny nailed both our haircuts (as always), and now he officially has two loyal clients in the family. Couldn’t recommend him more !! we’ll be back soon!
