Red Nails

WOULD GIVE ZERO STARS, IF POSSIBLE! “Red” turned out to be a very fitting name for this place — red from the blood after my cuticle was cut improperly, red from the infection that followed, and red from the anger I felt when I returned with medical paperwork and was met with attitude instead of accountability. I received a manicure on a Friday evening. By Sunday, my finger was throbbing. I went back Monday to let them know something was wrong. They removed a hangnail caused by the manicure, applied a white powder to the injury, and reassured me I would be fine within a week. That was not true. Lies lies lies all the pictures that you see of Nails on this add are not the real nails because I went there and they did a messed up job. I’m going to put pictures up. The lady charged me $109 for this. She didn’t even use the drill.

Worst place !! How is this lady going to charge me an extra $7 to take off with the tweezers the small hair off my eyebrows? The other girls have done it for $7 no need to pay extra !! If you don’t like your job then figure it out

Had my eyebrows waxed like three times here. The first two times they did great. The third time, it was another lady, she was very unwelcoming and I sensed a very bad attitude from her. Well she messed up the inner corner of my left eyebrow which left me distraught. Obviously didn't say anything. I just paid and walked out. Do better. Please. You're a business.

I got my acrylics done with regular glitter polish. By the time I got home, the polish was lifting. Before this, they checked if the polish was dry because I was sitting it under the fan so the nail technician came to check if they were dry. I came back and got them fixed, one of the nail techs explained to me that glitter nail polish doesn't dry because is cheap... This made no scene to me because if the nail polish does not dry or mess up easily why offer it? I can sit under the fan for an hour and the glitter polish won't dry. It's upsetting because I always get acrylics with regular nail polish this never has happened to me. They should pay more attention to their work instead of just trying to get you out the door.
