Just got a mani pedi yesterday. Pedicure felt amazing but the manicure was all chipped the next day, 24 hours later. Painting them at home myself lasts longer. I wasn't even doing anything out of the ordinary, didn't even do dishes! Called them and she said she'd redo it for free but I really just want my money back.

I got my nails done here before my wedding and I am SO happy with how they turned out. The nail technician knew they were for my wedding and worked so meticulously to make sure they looked good. It ended up taking 3 hours between a pedicure and ANC dip with tips and design, but it was worth it! They were exactly what I wanted and I got so many compliments! I am four weeks out now and they are very grown out and a couple have started to lift but I have been gluing them back down because I love the design too much to part with them yet. I will definitely be back if I am in the area again! The salon was also very nice and clean.

UPDATE #2 4/5/2025 I still hadn't received a refund so I went to the salon and very politely asked the owner if I could speak with her. She directed me to the desk and said, "Oh yes. Pedicure. Refund." And I responded, "Yes please. " She then proceeds to had me a $50 voucher for salon services; to which I responded, "No thank you, I would like my refund please." She handed me $40 in cash. Not the full refund with either attempt. So I took the $40 and I won't be back. UPDATE I called back the next day upon seeing the response here from Red Lotus, and I DEMANDED to see the video footage. The attitude from the person answering the phone was filled with indignance. Public shaming doesn't work on me. The owner called me earlier today (7/2/2025) and offered a full refund. If you check back and

This is not only my favorite salon, but my entire family’s! We’ve been going here for years and are always treated with nothing but kindness. Annie treats her customers and employees with great care. When it comes to service, everyone does a FABULOUS job. I always get my nails done by Eva. See pictures for her work!! Edited to add: Eva recently did my nails before my proposal and I just had to add them. Gorgeous!!!!

1 day, pedicure is chipped and didn't even follow the shape of my nail bed. No base coat ridge filler. Looks terrible like I did it myself. Not worth $55. One and done visit. Intense massage. If that's your thing you'll like it. Hot stones were nice.
