This place is amazeballs. My stylist, Jordan, is incredible and a wizard with hair. I can’t say enough good things about the people who work here, the salon environment and really the whole nine. Plus, there is a Stewy’s next door for those times when you need to wait for stuff to set but also want a coffee. I love them and am happy to say I found my new go to salon! Oh, also, if you want coloring… dear god, go out of your way to seek out Jordan. You’ll be glad you did.

I was so happy with my results. I saw Jill and explained the challenges I have with my hair and she knew exactly what I needed and did her best to give me what I was looking for style wise and color wise! Staff are all very friendly and helpful and the salon is very warm and welcoming! The owner, Michelle is a doll!!!

If you're looking for a new hair salon this is a great place! Very welcoming atmosphere and Michelle is great to work with. Great staff and know their business. I will definitely be going again!

Jillian and Jordan are so talented and fun to chat with for a couple of hours. My family and our friends followed J & J to Encourage even though it's further for us because they are worth the extra drive. Plus, Encourage is such a peaceful, friendly, and warm salon. We are actually really glad they moved to Encourage.

Very welcoming hair salon. They recently moved into a new location (right next door to original location), new space comfortable, warm, friendly, bright and spacious. Owner/operator Michelle is the best. Very knowledgeable staff and willing to work with you to get the look you want.
