Red Handed Nails Salon and Spa

Called the shop and wanted three manicures for my sisters and my self. They were very accommodating and word is in immediately. The experience was amazing and we were able to relax and enjoy being pampered. My toes have never looked better!! Thank you so much!!!

Wen did an excellent job with my manicure. Jessica did great with my pedicure. They were very nice and did exactly what I wanted for Valentine’s Day. It was a 5 star experience.

The location is nice, that’s the only positive thing I can say about this experience. My friend called to make the appointment and specifically asked the price of a gel pedicure and she was told 39 dollars. When we got there, we asked for the classic pedicure that stated “39 dollars.” When we checked out, we were charged 60 dollars. We were confused and asked how did it get to 60 dollars, and they said my friend must of misheard because the gel manicure was 39 dollars. Then they started screaming at us/the other worker across the store. As we were leaving, they wouldn’t let us leave until they saw our Venmo payment for the tip to go through. Our nails look very mediocre.

Every time I have come in here the paint chips within days. Most recently, I came in on a time crunch and showed a picture of a very simple polka dot design I wanted. They didn't have any of the exact colors I picked from their swatch options, so we landed on my fourth choice. I was assured the design would be easy to do but as she started the design I had to ask her to start over multiple times, as it looked nothing like the picture. After several corrections, I realized I had to leave immediately to make my appointment so I kept quiet. When I went to pay, they tried to charge me $30 for a design that looked nothing like what I asked for. I spoke up and explained that I wasn't happy with my nails.
