Red Carpet Nails

Brought family member in for pedi, and we won't be going back. Her lady was polite, friendly, and efficient. Mine seemed miserable, she was rude from the get go. She wasn't able to give instructions as to where to put my feet and kept getting frustrated that I didn't understand (was only making sounds, no english). We both ordered the $35 pedi, had the same exact work done (hers had color nails, mine didn't), but I got charged $10 more than her. When I asked why, she made a hand gesture demonstrating scraping of my heels, but my family member got that same thing and was charged the normal amount. Only reason this isn't a one-star is because the other woman who did my family member was on point. We should've gave the whole tip to her, mine didn't deserve it and wasn't nice in the least bit.

The staff was very friendly the few times I went in and the pedicure was pretty good. I asked for a flower with round petals on my big toe and both times they did it the flower did not have round petals or look very pretty. I was a little disappointed by that. Also I loved the old chairs and they gave a good massage but the new chairs are not very comfortable at all... Can barely feel the massage.

My pinky nail is torn from my skin due to the filing. It is swollen and red. Nope i will never go back or recommend. I showed what I wanted and definitely did not get. I'm very disappointed. I'm hoping my pinky heals so I can go back to enfield.

If I could give zero stars I would. Got my nails done here 2 weeks ago for the first time. Nail broke so I went to get it fixed. They were extremely weird about it when I went there and were clearly talking about me. So rude. The place smells as well. I ended up leaving and going to Glamour nails down the street who happily fixed my nail.

I love it here! Everyone is friendly, I usually call but they always take me right away. They do an excellent job always getting exactly what I would like for my nails! I will be coming again!
