I also tried leg compression therapy, which felt incredible—a great way to boost circulation and relieve muscle tension. Whether you are an athlete needing some physical recovery time, or someone dealing with life’s aches and pains, this place is for you. The owners have shown great care and thought in being able to offer the community an affordable service that truly benefits your wellbeing. My favorite is the massage chair; I was so happily surprised at how it was able to adapt properly to my 5’0” height. The Normatec leg compressions feel great and have a lasting effect on feeling good!
