I’ve had consistently positive experiences with the nurses here, they’re knowledgeable, professional, kind, and make you feel comfortable. The in-person care has been genuinely great. Where the experience could improve is around scheduling and consistency. I was asked by the owner/doctor to reschedule an appointment, but the confirmation ultimately happened very last minute- on the day of the appointment- after she was already en route to a sports event she wanted to attend in another state. While I completely understand and support business owners traveling and enjoying life, the timing was disappointing, particularly given the practice’s 24-hour cancellation policy for clients. Dr. Taylor is hands-down the best when it comes to Botox/Dysport. From the moment I walked in, I felt completely at ease. She is incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and has the gentlest touch. She takes the time to truly listen to what you want instead of pushing a one-size-fits-all approach. Her technique is precise, careful and so gentle that the process was quick and comfortable.
