⭐ One Star Unprofessional and combative right from the start. We were contacted by this customer on a Sunday, asking for immediate electrical help, then got upset when we explained there's a dispatch fee for emergency weekend service. Instead of respecting our time like a fellow business owner should, they chose to leave a one-star review over a clearly explained policy. They claimed it was a “$0 service call” but Thumbtack doesn’t let us list emergency rates separately that’s what this was an emergency request on a SUNDAY! If you expect small businesses to drop everything and work for free on a weekend, we’re not the company for you. Would not recommend working with this person if you’re a service provider. SMH y'all should be ashamed!!!

I tried to book an appointment for my wife, but the owner was extremely rude and combative throughout the process. Definitely not the kind of experience we expected.
