RDA Pro Mart

Some people seem to always want to give negative feedback so I’ll be the light. This is the most convenient store for me to visit. I will agree that I have seen low inventory in the store. However, there seems to have been a change in management for better reason. The employees are very sweet and are as helpful as can be. I never expect someone to know everything about every brand and product nor be a licensed professional working here when they can be working in a salon..be for real. I would rather be given honesty than just try to make a bigger sale. It seems this location is really on the ups from here and I will continue to support them!

Kizmet the manager of this location “helped” me today. She was the most awful rude employee I have ever come in contact with. I’ve been licensed and shopping with rda for 15 years and never once have I ever had the experience I had today. She seriously needs to be fired immediately. Please feel free to reach out to me. I will complain until my lips fall off.

Every time I go in I’m ignored unless I purposefully look confused, so someone helps. No one is very friendly…most times I don’t even get acknowledged until I’m blindly checking out, hoping the products work for me. The employees are not knowledgeable and have a hard time answering questions or giving any suggestions on products. I’m literally sitting on my phone on google researching the products myself. It sucks because this is the only store in Austin for professionals but I wish there was somewhere else. Not impressed yet again for the 10th time. Please do better!!!!!😟

Literally if you can shop at any other rda please do so. My license is renewed I’m waiting on the new one in the mail. They ask me to take pictures of a license I can’t take pics of because I’m not in my suite. Please let’s be logical. They are so rude for no reason actually. I’ve been legally license for over 4 years and only have a problem at this location.

Since the change in management, this business has experienced a decline. The current product selection is less extensive compared to competitors such as Frank. Therefore, I recommend purchasing products directly from the manufacturers, with the exception of Redken.
