Speaking as an employee of a tenant in the building, it's pretty bad... common restroom in the back of the building has had a broken lock since before the quarantine (we taped it so it wouldn't lock us in the stall) and the toilet seat is loose (I fixed it once a couple years ago when they neglected to get to it ever, but it's loose again). Also, this morning one of the toilets was full of brown water and the floors are disgusting. The cleaning crew supposedly cleans the toilets and sink area, but the floors? Never. So gross.
