The haircut was great but I paid twice for it because of the barber’s carelessness. When i went to pay he charged me $40 via Zelle so when i wrote down his info I sent a test dollar to see if he got it. He was on the phone and probably wasn’t paying attention so he said yes so then I sent the remaining 39. It wasn’t until after that he switched up and said he didn’t get it. When we checked the number again it was off by one digit, meaning I had to send another additional $40 to pay for the cut. Now I’m trying to contact the person I accidentally sent it to and it’s sending me to voicemail. This was frustrating because I had asked him if he got that first dollar and he said yes, but was probably distracted because he was on the phone with someone.

This barbershop is where it's at ppl. The people here are professional, courteous and provide a nice and comfortable, family friendly atmosphere for all and the guys here definitely knew their trade. Person I recommend my barber here, he goes by "Cuba the Barber".... Come drop on by...💪🏼🔥

Came in and waited for an hour and a half with no communication from anyone. Watched five other people come in as walk ins without appointments and every single one was helped first without even looking at me. All while two barbers are sitting in their chairs and staring at their phones. I left without getting a haircut, because apparently no one was trying to give me one.

JC is fantastic! Gave our son the most wonderful cut & detail. He felt pampered and cared for especially after we had set up an appointment with another barber that didn’t show up. Highly recommend calling and asking for JC so you don’t set up your appt online with the only barber available that won’t show up (Pito). Appreciate you JC!!! Edit to respond:: We were coming from Seattle, a different time zone, it wasn’t the time you post here. Regardless, if this isn’t reasonable time for you to show up you should block the ability to schedule appointments because people that don’t know assume you show up to work at 9 am like the door sign says. Lastly we showed up at 8:40 and waited while the other barbers were respectful of you having an appt with us until past 9 am I asked them to see us

9/19/16 obbie did an awesome job, 5/5 Other day. Mike was a pro 3/5/18 bad experience with a new guy. (I know everything and you do not, insecure person) but a pro senior try to patch it and they did. That said the damage is done and I am looking for a new place. I was a little pressure with time so I took the hair cut, but I do not want to go back, period.
