My mom wanted an appointment with a lady named Debbie, who was recommended by her customer. She claimed that my mother’s hair was “too dark” to work with. But, she already has bleached highlighted hair, she just needed a root touch up. Debbie didn’t even go through with a consultation, and decided to call my mother and say that she needs to cancel her appointment. If you’re unskilled and not able to perform the work, just say so! No wonder this place has no reviews.
