My daughter and niece got their ears pierced the other day and it was the perfect experience. Mary was wonderful and provided an environment where my 3 year old niece and 15 year old daughter were comfortable and confident in the process. I brought my daughter here to have her ears pierced for her 11th birthday and we had the best experience. Mary was amazing! She was personable and took the time to explain each step of the process to my daughter as she went, so there were no surprises. So sweet to both of my children, you can tell she's a mother herself. She also applied a numbing agent to the earlobes before piercing, which was a plus, and carefuly marked where to place the studs. The facility is beautiful and cleanly, and you can't beat the price. I highly doubt not recommend. I came here to get chin filler, I was not made aware the filler/botox she added would potentially ruin or adjust my smile. It brought my bottom lip up so far I could not smile for weeks. I reached out 2/3 times expressing my concern, where Rebecca (the owner) just told me it would go away & it wasn’t permanent. She never offered to fix it. It’s been 2 months & it still isn’t right, I had to go somewhere new and spend more money to ask them to attempt to fix it. I also purchased the GLP-1 Shot from them. Every month their protocol changed on it. Some months I could purchase it one at a time, some months i had to purchase 4 at a time. You are supposed to keep the shots refrigerated. I did, & 2 different times the shots evaporated in the fridge. I did express my
