We’ve been coming to Raquel for years, and she never disappoints! She’s patient, kind, and always takes the time to make sure my son’s haircut is perfect. He feels comfortable in her chair, and she does an amazing job every single time. You can really tell she cares about her clients and loves what she does. We’re so thankful to have found her!

I recently got a haircut with long layers, and the experience was great. The stylist listened to what I wanted and took their time to shape the layers so they blended naturally. The cut added movement and lightness to my hair without losing length, which I really liked.

I usually don’t leave reviews, but I felt the need to share this. I came in with long hair and asked for a cut that would fall below my shoulders. I even showed a photo reference, and the stylist said she understood. I trusted her — she’s the professional, and I assumed I was in good hands. But when the cut was finished, I realized it was much shorter than I asked for, well above my shoulders. I couldn’t really see how short it was getting during the cut, so by the time I saw the final result, it was too late to speak up. Now I can’t style my hair the way I normally do — even a simple claw clip doesn’t work. I’ve felt really off and a bit sad since the appointment because I loved my hair, and this cut just doesn’t feel like me. The stylist was kind and the salon itself was nice, which I
