I went here last week for a men’s haircut and had a really bad experience. An Asian lady with glasses was assigned to me. I clearly explained and even showed her a picture of how I wanted my haircut. My friend was also there helping to explain, but she completely ignored our instructions and did whatever she wanted. I specifically told her multiple times to keep my hair medium length on top, but she cut it very short in the front. The top ended up way shorter than the back, and when I pointed it out, she just said I didn’t have patience and that she wasn’t finished. At that point, I was so frustrated that I just removed the towel and left. When I got home, I had to take scissors and try to fix my haircut myself. I had a very bad experience with getting eyebrows done. The lady was very rude and I have skin cuts with one eyebrow swollen from cuts. The work was not clean, and when I asked her to remove extra hair showing out of arch, I was told she will remove it but it’s my responsibility if there is any cut at all. The staff lacks customer communication skills. I will not recommend this for a service as simple as an eyebrow for a salon.
