New go to nail salon. I'll be asking for Jenny again 😉 she was amazing and does excellent work. First time doing magnetic gel and I love the results. She did such a great job and the salon is very clean.

Terrible experience. It started off nicely with a massage which Roxanna was great. My nail tech, Yoku I believe is her name was not having it. She was rushing, buffing every time I asked a question. My nails look horrendous. When it was time to pay I was shocked at the $90 charge since I asked for acrylic. I didn’t argue, just paid the total. I had asked Roxanna if she had Venmo so I could leave her a tip. The lady that collects the payments was SO RUDE. First she asked if I was going to leave the tip on the card and I said no I asked for Venmo and she called Yoku to confirm that I asked. Then my internet there was really slow so I scanned Roxanna and took a picture of Yoku so I could get in my car and pay. Got my nails done at New Ran today… photos speak for themselves. Editing my original review as I’ve given this salon a second chance: Don’t come here for a regular manicure. I just had a manicure that was 12 minutes start to finish. I specifically came in for help shaping my nails, but the service was rushed and lacked attention to detail. The last manicure I got here was similarly rushed, but I decided to give them a second chance. Minimal shaping, barely any cuticle care…I left feeling like I could have done the same at home.

I went to Ran Nails for the first time last night for a UV Gel refill and was so surprised by how perfect my nails came out. Seriously, I am always so fussy and I give this place 11/10. Lucky was my nail tech and she was AMAZING!! Highly recommend - but definitely call for an appointment first. Busy salon, but this is a good thing. It tells me they are the best in the area :)

I love ran! My mom, sister, and grandma have been going here for more than 8 years and every single time they are sweet, caring, and gentle. I love Jesse and she can do anything and everything I want, by showing her a picture!
