My husband has been getting his haircut for 20+ years, and he now cuts our son’s hair. Our son, who is autistic, has come such a long way from screaming, crying and having to be held by one of us, to now walking up to the chair himself, sitting down and having conversations during his appointments, like nothing ever happened lol. He has the absolute patience of a saint, and will do everything and anything to make sure he is comfortable the entire time. They are both in their own world, and we just sit back in awe, loving the relationship they have. You’re not only getting the service of a haircut but as a friend catching up on our busy lives always willing to listen.
