I came to the shop warning a full set of stilettos ended up, leaving with one hand longer than the other, and most of the side of my fingers didn’t even have acrylic. The shape was off then when I went back for them to fix my nail, I was told since all my fingers are different they weren’t able to fix them.

Mai is the absolute last person you wanna see in this salon, rushes through everything and also takes eyebrow waxing in the middle of the service, multiple times may I add. Chin is the only tech worth your time and money

these people talk shit in front of your face, get irritated when you ask them simple questions, accuse you of stealing, and generally rude. very unclean, i don't even think they sanitize properly. you're gambling with your health going here. also, they do bad transactions. never happened to me, but they charged a girl like 50 instead of 10 for her eyebrows. they barely apologized and acted like she was the problem when she told them to fix it. report them to the health department and the bbb. the only good nail tech is the younger guy, idk his name but he's never there anymore when i go there. he's the only one i wanted doing my nails. very unhygienic
