Raleigh Nails

I am @only.vona I went today for a mani pedi gel, and acrylic fingernail. I said this when entering the store. I have never had an issue at this store before. I have been going here for 3 years! Was going to rate a 3 because of the sweet elderly woman whom did my beautiful feet. But The owner apparently on a Wednesday afternoon is the only 1 of 3 in the building that can do acrylic, I said what I wanted walking in. Soon during my manicure I realized my nail bead was not being prepared for acrylic. I also realized this woman does not normally do acrylic. I mentioned politely once she asked to paint my nails that I wanted acrylic. I was yelled at and talked about because she did not hear me say acrylic. I understood it is a simple human error. I came in with bare natural nails, no polish. I asked to get my cuticles cleaned up. They are in rough shape and I'm just starting to work on improving the health and appearance of my nails. I repeated multiple times, just cuticles. I okayed having the ends filed, but then she used a rough sanding pad on the top of my nails. It left scratches and gouges that will take 6 months to a year to grow out. I left at that point.

If I could give a 0 star I would. My friend went to get her nails done . This is the first time my friend has had her nails done in a long time. They made them so thick, lumpy and un even.. Called back to get a partial refund. And they yelled and were extremely rude. Said we could come back and they would fix them. If the can’t even do it right the first time why would she spend 45 min drive there to mess them up again. She was extremely disappointed and do not recommend this place to anyone.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. I had the absolute worst experience today at this establishment. I have previously had my eyebrows and toes done here and never had any issue, but today I decided to go, and the man who usually does my pedicure was not there. I let another older lady do them, and she half did my massage and DID NOT do the French tip I asked her to do. She got an attitude when I told her it wasn't right and said that what she did looked "better" than what I wanted. Mind you, my toes right before she had done them were the same as the picture I showed her but done by a different person in the same salon. She and another employee swore they didn't/couldn't do the French tip I wanted, and when I asked why she didn't say she couldn't do it when I asked BEFORE I sat down, she go

MyLinh is amazing and has such attention to detail! My nails stay perfect for so long after appointments, which has not been the case at nail salons before. She’s also super creative with colors/designs. Would highly recommend!
