Svitlana. I’m genuinely so grateful I found her. Every visit feels like sitting with a friend who also happens to be incredibly talented at what she does. She’s patient, gentle, and you can tell she truly cares about her work and the people who sit in her chair. Her E-file technique is something you just don’t see around here — the closest place offering this is Raleigh — so having someone right in our area feels like such a gift. These nails in the photo? I had a very disappointing experience with Raine Spa and Wellness and feel compelled to share it. I had a massage scheduled for my wife’s birthday today and had to call to cancel after spending the entire night in the emergency department with my 17-month-old child, who had a fever of 104.3°F. I was not trying to get out of paying for the service, I purchased a gift card in December for one of their services, so the money had already been spent. I wasn’t even given the option to just reschedule. I also called well over four hours before my wife’s scheduled appointment time, hoping that would be enough notice. Massage was wonderful, would recommend Neek for sure. The facility was beautiful, however missing some simple amenities that would be expected.

Facility is not presently equipped to accompany groups larger than four. Booking was extremely difficult after gift certificates were purchased for a group of 6. Private party room that was booked for six yet only accommodated four chairs. It took greater than five hours for six services to be provided. The actual services were great! The rating reflects the difficulty in booking and lack of planning by spa itself. For a luxury spa, there were many basic amenities not provided such as shampoo, conditioner, hairdryer, etc.
