My experience was beyond my expectations. Absolutely fantastic experience at this place. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism. The place was calming, with soothing music and a beautifully decorated space. The massage itself was outstanding—my therapist was skilled and attentive, tailoring the session perfectly to address my specific needs and preferences. I left feeling completely rejuvenated, with all my tension and stress melted away. She also gave me a water, thank her! Highly recommend this place to anyone. I’m a big fan of Rainbow Relaxing Spa now. definitely will be returning

I visited the store a few days ago with shoulders pain. It's just like its name— their window is filled with RGB lights, making it very noticeable at night. After a workout, I had an hour-long massage here, but it wasn't that great. I asked them to avoid massaging my shoulder because it was really painful and uncomfortable, but after a while, the masseuse went back to my shoulder, which bothered me a lot. Because of this, the rest of the experience was ruined. I wouldn’t return; they didn’t follow my instructions and ignored how much pain I was in.

This place is awesome. Very clean. Nice and professional staff. Good prices. I got a walking back massage and free hot stones with my 60 minute massage. My back feels great. I will definitely be coming back.
