Rainbow Nails

honestly if i could give 0 stars I would. i got my nails done for my birthday and the male that did my nails did a horrible job. left crust all around the acrylic, kept painting so lazy and missing spots no matter how many times i showed him and asked him to correct it (i will leave pics below) do not go here. very lazy and ugly service. i’m posting this review on 2/6/26 i got my nails done 2/5/26.

I get my nails done by Sue and literally only Sue. She is so amazing so sweet so attentive and loves doing nails. I show her my inspo and she gets it perfectly right every time.

If I could give 0 stars, i would. I will NEVER go back to this place to spend money again. This was the first and my regular nail salon that I go to since I moved here to Greensboro. I normally get my nails, feet, and eyebrows done.The owner is sooooo RUDE!! It seems as if their services has just gone down. The male that does nails does a terrible job. The acrylic is wayyy too thin, and nails start to just break the very next day. The owner, Annie, doesn't know how to talk to her customers. She does not do what the customer asks for and argues back and forth with you on what you should be getting. It's horrible. This last time I went, I just walked out. I was DONE!

This is for anyone coming to this nail shop PLEASE BEWARE!! I am here right now and just was charged more for my services when I was literally here 3 weeks ago!! I come and get the same thing exact style each time but today had to pay 15 extra with no explanation and I was charged 20 when I usually only pay 15 for regular polish!! I never mind paying whatever to keep myself looking good but it is absolutely insane to go to a place frequently and then without any explanation be charged more. Then when I questioned why was i being upcharged for these same services that I have been getting nobody could explain correctly as to why!! Please do not allow these people to continue to get over on others. It's absolutely insane that a nail salon would treat their customers in this manner..especial

I love rainbow nails been going here for years and they let me do my birthday photoshoot there! Love the employees they are so kind and loving!
