Rainbow Nails

rainbow nails is under new ownership as of February 2026! Kim the new owner is a wonderful nail technician who I followed to Roxbury from the Harvard Square neighborhood. She is kind, remembers all quirks and preferences of her clients, and is extremely detail oriented. I can be a very particular person and she immediately put me at ease. it took me a year and a half of shopping around to find her, so when I heard she'd moved two trains and a hike away from me, it was a no brainer that I'd take the journey to see her! Excited to see rainbow nails on this new journey!

Can’t give 0 which is what this place deserves, I called ahead and asked for a refill and they said $23. I go in and it Smells weird, quiet they saw me go in and the place is so empty they looked at me like the last fish in the sea, I sit with Tim who has no customer service skills, he starts to yank my hand and ask me if what I have on is nude, I say yes& he goes to pick away at the rhinestones aggressively realizes he should use the drill and the drill not working takes about 5 minutes to figure that out and then goes to remove my color, then add the acrylic then the fan to dry the acrylic was not working, but let’s think about it a fan for what ? Anyways got one fan to work so I have my right arm to the left of me on a fan while he’s yanking my left to start the refill. When attempting

Went to get a pedicure. The service was horrible. My toe nails were filed uneven, skin around nails was not removed properly and there was an unsanitary amount of little fruit flies. I literally had to hold my shirt over my face in fear of breathing them in. Never again!

Please do not go here it is cheap in price but you also get cheap cheap work, I spent 50$ for a regular refill and only got a French style and looks like my nails thick and melting they never clean your cuticles and just slap lotion on you don’t even rub it in, I’m so upset they refuse to give me my money back. All there good workers left business slow for them because they are really trash

The place is really dirty. I got a gel manicure and a gel pedicure, the gel chip off within two days. I will not come back here again.
