Do Not support this store I will NEVER shop here again. I should’ve checked the reviews before shopping here. I literally only came to this hair store for some glue that’s all I needed. While in line waiting I see another customer who in fact was an older guy, at the register talking to the employee about trying to return an item of perfume. in which he thought was cologne he had purchased for him self because the bottle of the perfume didn’t look like it was perfume. it was more of a unisex type of bottle but posed more as a men’s cologne bottle, so I could understand as to why he would have thought it was cologne. while he’s explaining to the employee (it was a lady of African decent) that they didn’t allow him to have a smell sample of the perfume before he purchased to know what he wa

I found the prices to be high but overall they had pretty much everything I needed. There was one item I wanted that was out of stock. I liked the well organized shelves and aisles. The staff was very helpful although she had to keep leaving the register to assist customers until another cashier came to help check out.

This establishment needs to realize the demographic of their customers. How can you be rude and "short" answer the very customers that you sell products to. What if everyone in your area shopped at the nearest beauty supply in Clermont or the next one East on Colonial. Do better. This is not a "false" review. This is what reviews are for, to tell our experience with your store. Instead of being so fast to "clap back", read and absorb the complaint. I am not the only one here complaining. You want to appear perfect, no one is perfect. Whenever there are civil disputes, people go to civil court. I have been a part of the customer loyalty since 2020. I have never ever had an issue until 3 weeks ago when I went to purchase a wig. I went into the store @7:30 and the latin clerk was looking at her watch. I asked her to help with with a wig and she was "sighing" as if I was bothering her. At the counter when I went to purchase the wig and other items, the same lady asked me if this was my account when I gave her my phone number for the credit. (I actually did not know I had credits sitting, they had to be there for a while.) The latin clerk asked me if this was my phone number. I was shocked. The credit was only a few bucks. So wonderful to have an authentic and full beauty supply store in Winter Garden. I don’t have to drive to silver star anymore so this will be my go to from now on. They have my favorite lashes in stock too so that’s highly appreciated.
