I am usually not one to give negative reviews but the way the hair stylist made me feel was not only disrespectful but insulting. I choose not to name her out of respect but this individual should really keep her opinion to herself and do what’s she suppose to do which is please the customer. Instead I was insulted verbally with negative comments and complaints. The only reason I am giving a star is because the pricing was reasonable and the rest of the staff was very welcoming but I will not be returning and hope the company is a little more observant on the customer service to their clients by employees.

I absolutely loved my experience here. Such attention to detail and such care. Will definitely come again. My manicurist was Yledis, and she's an absolute angel. Highly recommended!!
