I had a great experience at Rafaela Hair Salon! Denisse helped me with both a haircut and color and I absolutely love the results. She’s very honest and will tell you if something will work for you or not, which I really appreciate because it shows she truly cares about her clients and the final outcome. The whole team is also very accommodating and made the experience feel comfortable from start to finish. I’m really happy with how my hair turned out and will definitely be coming back! ✨

I wish I would have read these reviews grvire stepping foot in this place. I went with pictures for a cascading layers haircut and a 2 tone dye. I specifically asked if she knew how to make the haircut look exactly like the picture and Maritza was super confident. The color came out good but the cut was far from the same, I texted her since we finished late and I only noticed the big difference once I was home and she told me to come back to fix it. Against my intuition I went back only to get my hair chopped up as if I had a 5 year old cut it. I want to cry so bad. I am not the one to make a scene and it's not like she could have fixed it anyways so I just told her it was fine and left. I went with super healthy, up to my waist lengh hair. 😭😭😭went home to cry.
