I had a microblading appointment with Kayla and was very disappointed in her services. She was not friendly or patient as I was new to this type of service. She seems aggravated by my questions and concerns. She was very unprofessional because she made an inappropriate comment about the shape of my eyebrows explaining that they look like the shape of a sperm. She seemed annoyed that I was bleeding a lot and said I may need to go back a third time because the color may not take. So when I trying to reschedule for a third appointment, she ignored all my calls and text messages. My eyebrows have areas where there is no color. I left a generous tip at my first appointment and really regret it. I will never go back to Kayla’ for services again and will not refer any others to her.

I recently got classic eyelash extensions by Samantha Montoya and I am absolutely in love! They give such a natural yet beautiful look, perfect for everyday wear. The application process was so relaxing, and my lashes now have the perfect curl and length without looking overdone. Plus, they save me so much time in the morning! Kayla tattooed my eyeliner for me. I had my eyeliner tattooed before and it didn’t stay. This experience with Kayla has been wonderful and worth every penny. This has been a multiple appointment affair and Kayla is professional and has gone above and beyond to make sure I am getting the look I want. She has taken into account my eye shape and skin undertone to get the look and the best color ink for me. She’s thoughtful to manage the discomfort- ( tattoo needles! Eyelids!) and I am planning on going back for more services, including facials and trying her own skincare products.

I have been seeing Kayla and her team for over 2 years now. I’ve had facials, waxing, eyebrow tint, permanent makeup, and of course my favorite, ✨lashes✨, done by Kayla and have NEVER been disappointed. I always leave feeling more beautiful than before, and ready to concur the crazy daily life. It’s always relaxing, with good vibes here. After I’m done with my appointment that’s easily booked through her website, I like to go explore Santa Fe and grab a bite to eat at the local restaurants. I don’t mind driving from Albuquerque to get done RIGHT. I will never go to anyone else ever again! Kayla is such a genuine, personable, and punctilious; as well as everyone on her team!
